April 19-21, 2019 - GCHS CLOSED for the Easter holiday


​May 25-27, 2019 - Memorial Day Remembrance

There will be a flag display for each branch of the United States Armed Forces in the front lawn of the Andrew Johnston House.

​​Join the Giles County Historical Society for a fun-filled Americana night! BBQ Pork with all the fixin’s and bring a blanket or chair and enjoy live music. Check back for more details! 

$15 per person. Children 6 and under free! 

Parking onsite at the Museum. Additional parking within one block of the property at the Post Office, Pearis Mercantile, the Giles County Chamber of Commerce & Visitor's Center/Voter Registrar and the Courthouse.
